Role Overview:

Primary Function: Provides technical support, diagnostics, and training to clients to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Address technical problems raised by clients and propose cost-effective solutions.

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and equipment adjustments.

  • Train clients on product operation and preventive care.

  • Support product development by providing field insights.

  • Organize and prepare for site visits (tools, safety checks, materials).

  • Write detailed technical visit reports and recommendations.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Hands-on technical background in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in industrial/technical roles.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical clients.

  • Experience organizing and executing field interventions.

  • Advanced English + local language proficiency.

  • Ability to travel occasionally and handle on-call requirements.
