Role Overview:
Primary Function: Provides technical support, diagnostics, and training to clients to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Address technical problems raised by clients and propose cost-effective solutions.
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and equipment adjustments.
Train clients on product operation and preventive care.
Support product development by providing field insights.
Organize and prepare for site visits (tools, safety checks, materials).
Write detailed technical visit reports and recommendations.
Qualifications / Experience:
Hands-on technical background in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
6–10 years of relevant experience in industrial/technical roles.
Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical clients.
Experience organizing and executing field interventions.
Advanced English + local language proficiency.
Ability to travel occasionally and handle on-call requirements.
Additional Details:
Travel: Occasional (domestic and international as needed).
