Role Overview:

Reports to: General Manager – Operations

Primary Function: Oversees field maintenance and commissioning teams ensuring project execution, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and coordinate field service teams and subcontractors.

  • Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and commissioning activities.

  • Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.

  • Perform on-site equipment installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives when needed.

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Leadership in managing technical or field service teams.

  • Proven experience in industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning.

  • Strong understanding of safety compliance in field operations.

  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

  • Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Additional Details:

  • Travel: Regular, to client facilities.

  • Languages: English required; additional languages may be advantageous.

  • Soft Skills: Customer-focused, strong communicator, capable under pressure.
