Role Overview:
Reports to: General Manager – Operations
Primary Function: Oversees field maintenance and commissioning teams ensuring project execution, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage and coordinate field service teams and subcontractors.
Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and commissioning activities.
Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Perform on-site equipment installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Maintain strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives when needed.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
Leadership in managing technical or field service teams.
Proven experience in industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
Strong understanding of safety compliance in field operations.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Additional Details:
Travel: Regular, to client facilities.
Languages: English required; additional languages may be advantageous.
Soft Skills: Customer-focused, strong communicator, capable under pressure.
